Our Mission

• To protect our local and regional natural environment from degradation,

• To restore areas of our local and regional natural environment that have suffered degradation,

• To actively participate in the full range of democratic processes that protect and restore the natural environment,

• To gather and disseminate information about the natural environment,

• To promote the concept that the Earth is a living entity if which we are a part,

• To promote the health of this living web by respecting its human and non-human inhabitants, by cultivating a deep understanding of the impacts of our life style choices on this web of life, through stewardship and the making of wise choices,

• and To celebrate this living web that sustains us.
